Watched all of the episodes in this unfortunate series, and yet I have a newfound LOVE for it. I feel like I'm back in Grade School again, where I first met these lovely, yet unfortunate children. I can't stop reading the books!

In the Sea

I created this piece as a freelance project for a friends daughter. I was given a picture of the little girl, and her mermaid tail blanket and created this for her. 

Pep Rally

I designed these characters in 2012 as a graduation piece, and I revisited them this year and I love the way it has turned out. Maybe they will become a series? 

Murals Around the World

I had the most incredibly amazing year in Australia, and I had the opportunity to go to India and share my love for Jesus and my art with so many. Here, I painted Noah's Ark on the wall of a room where children come to hear Bible Stories, learn English and just to socialize with each other. It was such a blessing to create a piece and leave it in India.

This was an incredible project I got to work on for Pacific Centre in Downtown Vancouver for a Mother's Room. 

Mini Golf Boards

  

         A freelance project I've been busy working on for the past couple of months. I designed and
              digitally colored these "jungle-themed" images, which will be printed on boards and
                  used in a mini-golf coarse for children. It was so fun creating these illustrations!

For homework, we were given a short story to illustrate - here is my finished illustration of the line, "except with my favorite book". It is a short story about a child who doesn't want to travel.

SKI WEE

I had an amazing opportunity to paint the Ski Wee Room up at Grouse Mountain. An entire wall-to-wall mural is what they asked for; a winter scene that kids would love. Just up my alley!
